The in-store magic.

It’s what made me fall in love with retail and what attracted so many that I get to work with.

In-store, retailers are able to build an incredible experience for their customers that goes deeper than what they sell. The merchandising, store layout, and of course, the customer service. These things come together to create “The In-Store Magic”.

But when most brick and mortar stores go online, that magic just isn’t there.

But when most brick and mortar stores go online, that magic just isn’t there.

It may be a pretty site, it might have fancy bells and whistles and be using all the right apps but at the end of the day - the online experience just isn’t as good as the store experience.

This is because retailers aren’t using what I call the hidden advantage.

The hidden advantage is found in what you already do, even if you don’t know you do it yet. It’s in the way you attract your customers, merchandise your product, provide customer service, and make a massive impact that goes deeper than what you sell.

When retailers learn to use their hidden advantage, it let’s you go from just being a store that has a site to being a brand that can serve customers no matter where they engage you.

This is the most exciting training I’ve ever done because I believe in the impact you can make.

My hope for you is that you’ll leave this training with a clear plan for how to take the magic of what you do in-store and create the same “magic” online.
